4 pkts Cornbread mixes (baked and crumbled---she usually froze them ahead of time after baking them)
small bunch celery
Large Onion
Eight Boiled eggs
Sage
2 or 3 cans Chicken Broth
Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Saute chopped celery and onions in butter until soft. Mix in crumbled cornbread with sage to taste, chopped eggs and broth till it is real moist. Put in pan and pour more broth over top and bake at 350 at least 50-60 minutes until lightly brown on top.

I asked my mom for this recipe years ago when I had to take it over. She sent it to me and wrote "I prayed over these directions and you better too cause I never measure stuff so am kind of guessing. God bless!!" We love it with giblet gravy over the top.
