1¼ cup unsifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup margarine, softened
¼ cup sugar
¾ cup brown sugar, packed
1 pkg. (4 serving size) Vanilla Instant Pudding
2 eggs
3½ cups quick cooking oatmeal
1 cup raisins (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour with baking soda. Combine butter, sugars and pudding until smooth and creamy. Blend in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture; then, stir in oats and raisins (batter will be stiff). Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets, about 2 inches apart. Bake at 375º for 10-12 minutes.
