1 C butter softened
1/2 C powdered sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 oz unsweetened chocolate melted
2 1/4 C flour
1/4 tsp salt
6 oz chocolate chips
1/4 C powdered sugar
2 TBS cocoa

Directions:
Heat oven to 375. Lighly grease cookie sheet. In large bowl cream butter, and 1/2c powdered sugar. Blend in vanilla and chocolate. At low speed, blend in flour and salt. By hand fold in chocolate chips. Shape into 1 "
balls: place on sheets. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes
In a small bowl, combine 1/4 C powdered sugar and cocoa. Roll cooled cookies in cocoa mixture
Yield: 4 dozen
