3 C. Flour
2 C. Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
10 T. Cocoa Powder
1 tsp. Baking Soda
2 T Vanilla Extract
12 T. Canola Oil
2 tsp. Baking Soda (yes I know it's already on here. but you use it twice)
2 T. Apple Cider Vinegar
2 C. Hot Water

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º
In a 13x9 pan put Flour, Sugar, Salt, Cocoa Powder, and 1 tsp. Baking Soda.
Mix together with fork in the pan until mix is chocolate colored .
Make a crater in the middle of the dry ingredients and place Vanilla and Oil in the middle but don't mix in yet.
Place 2 tsp Baking Soda on top of the Oil.
Pour Apple Cider Vinegar over the Baking Soda and have fun watching it foam up.
After the foam dies down add the Hot Water and mix well with a fork or whisk.
Bake for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

This cake sounds horrible, thus the name. But it taste great and is very moist.
It's also a blast a blast to make with the kids.
Next time your grandkids are over let them help you make it. Then watch their eyes when they taste it.
