2 pounds Sausage (1 hot, 1 mild)
2 small Onions, chopped
2 cups cooked Rice
6 cups Rice Krispies
2 Cracker Barrel Cheeses (extra sharp), cubed
4 eggs
2 cans Cream of Celery Soup
1/4 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Brown sausage & onion; remove from heat; add cooked rice. Put in 9 x 13 baking dish. Layer Rice Krispies on top of meat mixture. Put cubed cheese on top of Rice Krispies.

Mix eggs, soup and milk. Pour over top.

Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Let set at least 20 to 30 minutes before serving. Serve with salsa.

This recipe was given to me by my boss, Patty Robinson. Trust me, this one is so good! It's a great dish to take somewhere because the longer it sets the better it gets. Since you have trouble with spicy foods, I'm sure you could do 2 mild sausages.
