CHICKEN ENCHILADAS
Rotisserie Chicken, shredded
1 can of cream corn
1 jar of green chillies (diced)
Soft tortillas
1 jar of salsa
1 pkg shredded tex mex cheese

BEEF ENCHILADAS
1 lb cooked ground beef with taco seasoning
1 can refried beans
soft tortillas
1 jar of salsa
1 pkg shredded text mex cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together enchilada filling, spoon filling along one side of tortillia.
Roll into tortilla and place side by side in casserole dish.
Pour over salsa and cover with cheese mix.
Bake at 350 until cheese is melted and bubbly.
