3 cups (4 large) Sweet Potatoes, baked and skin removed
1 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Milk
1/3 cup Butter
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

TOPPING:
1 cup chopped Pecans
1 cup Brown Sugar
1/3 cup Butter, melted
1 cup Corn Flakes, slightly crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, milk, butter and vanilla. Pour into casserole dish and bake for 25 minutes at 375º

Combine pecans, brown sugar, butter and cornflakes. Put on top of sweet potatoes and bake for another 15 minutes.
