1 12 oz pkg chocolate chips
3/4 stick butter
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 1/2 c flour
1 1/4 t baking powder
1/3 t salt
1 t vanilla
2 c nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt first 3 ingredients together. Add rest of ingredients. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 7 minutes.
