1 cup flour

½ tsp. salt

2 beaten eggs

Directions:
Sift together flour and salt. Make a well in center of flour mixture.

Add eggs and blend thoroughly, knead dough on floured surface.

Cover and let stand 30 minutes.

Roll ⅛ inch in thickness, turn over and roll paper thin and allow to dough to partially dry (about 1 hour).

Cut dough into lengthwise strips 2½ inches wide and stack on top of each other.

Then slice into strips ⅛ inch wide.

Separate noodles and allow to dry thoroughly.

Noodles can be stored in refrigerator, if not cooked immediately.
