5 cups fresh bread cubes (about 8 slices)

3 well beaten eggs

½ tsp. salt

½ tsp. poultry seasoning

½ cup chopped celery

1 cup water

1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup

½ cup chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
Toss bread cubes with beaten eggs to coat lightly. Place in casserole dish.

Simmer celery and onion in water for 15 minutes.

Add mushroom soup and seasoning mix.

Combine all ingredients. Pour dressing over the casserole.

Bake at 350º til golden brown on top.
