1/4 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
zest of 1 orange
1 egg
2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, beat butter, sugars and orange zest on medium speed until well blended (the mixture should look like wet sand). Add the egg and vanilla and beat until smooth. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add to the sugar mixture and stir by hand until almost combined. Add cranberries and chocolate chips and stir until just blended. Drop spoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet about 1” apart. Bake 12-14 minutes until lightly golden. Leave on cookie sheet for 1-2 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool.
