1 cup of plain flour
3 eggs
1 ¼ cup of milk
Pinch of salt

Directions:

1. Heat oven to high 450F

2. Mix the flour, eggs, salt and a little milk together

3. Add the rest of the milk gradually so there are no lumps

4. Put a little sunflower or vegetable oil in your pan (either a Yorkshire pan or a muffin pan)
5. Place in hot oven until really hot

6. Pour in batter mixture and turn down 10º

7. Bake in the oven until puffed up and golden. Approx 15-20 mins, depending on your oven
