2 - 14½ oz. cans creamed corn (about 3 cups)
2 c. chicken stock
2 T. dry sherry or white wine
1 t. salt
¼ c. chopped ham, cooked crabmeat, salmon or shrimp
1 t. Asian sesame oil
3 T. finely chopped green onion

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium saucepan, combine the creamed corn and chicken stock and bring to a gentle boil. Stir in the sherry and salt, and then add the ham. Cook for one minute more, stirring once or twice, until the soup is steaming hot and everything is evenly combined.

Remove from the heat and stir in the sesame oil and green onion. Serve hot or warm.
