1, 10-oz. package frozen chopped broccoli
2 tsp. instant minced onions
1/2 cup boiling salted water
2 cups milk
1, 10 3/4-oz. can condensed cream of potato soup
1/2 cup (2 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli and onion in boiling salted water until tender. Do not drain. Stir in milk and soup; heat through. Add cheese, stirring until melted. Cool slightly. Place half at a time in blender. Cover and blend until smooth.

Not a fan of cream of soups but Dave likes cream of broccoli so added this recipe. Haven't tried.
