Bread Pudding:
16 or so slices white bread with crust
1.25 cup sugar
1 can evaporated milk
2 cups regular milk
2 tsp. Vanilla
4 egg yolks
1/3 cup real better, melted

Bread Pudding Glaze:
1/2 cup real butter, melted
3/4 cup powdered sugar
3 tbsp. Rum
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 tsp. Nutmeg

Bread Pudding:
Butter and fill a large Pyrex dish with bread torn into 1 inch pieces.
Mix sugar, both milks, vanilla, egg yolks, and butter together.
Pour over bread and let soak up for a few minutes.
Bake @ 400 for 30 to 40 minutes.

Bread Pudding Glaze:
Mix all together and pour over cooked pudding while still hot.
It will soak into the Pudding.
Serve by itself or with vanilla ice cream.
