Ingredients: • baloney (pork sausage), 300 to 400 grams • 1 to 2 garlic cloves • 4 to 5 hard-boiled eggs • Salatmayonnaise / or salad cream – fat content max. 50 %, 1/2 glass should be sufficient • condensed milk – 1/2 package should be sufficient • ground mild red pepper • black pepper • salt • gherkins, 1/2 jar, or a small jar • peas (small can) • pasta, 500 Gramm • lemon juice

• rule of thumb applies to specified quantities • Season to taste • ~ 10 servings
Cut baloney into small cubes. Cut eggs into medium-sized pieces. Remove stems from gherkins. Cut gherkins into pieces. For garnish, making fine cuts, create some fan-shaped gherkins. Cook the pasta until al dente. Drain the pasta and cool with water. Add the following ingredients: -- eggs -- gherkins -- peas -- baloney Using a garlic press process 1 to 2 garlic cloves. Mix with the pasta. Add some lemon juice. Add salad mayonnaise. Try 1/2 glass at first. Increase dosage depending on your taste. Add some condensed milk. Add ground red pepper. Add some liquid from the gherkin jar (or vinegar). Add black pepper, depending on your taste. Season with salt. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Place fan-shaped gherkins on top. Allow the pasta salad to rest at least a couple of hours, preferably overnight. |
