Water - 1 1/2 cups minus 1 Tablespoon
Honey 2 teaspoons
Molasses 2 teaspoons
Bread flour 2 2/3 cups
Rye flour - medium (important) 3/4 cup
Rye flour - dark 1/4 cup
Gluten 4 teaspoons
Salt 3/4 teaspoons
Orange peel 1 1/2 teaspoons
Fennel seed crushed 1 teaspoon
Caraway seed crushed 2 teaspoons
Yeast 1 1/2 teaspoons (bread machine yeast)
Margarine 2 Tablespoons

Directions:
Directions:
Put the ingredients in the machine in the order listed. Use the whole wheat cycle.

Makes 1 1/2 pound loaf.
