Ingredients:
Ingredients:
½ c. olive oil
½ c. balsamic vinegar
¼ c. soy sauce
¼ c. Worchestshire sauce
⅛ c. lemon juice
¾ c. brown sugar
2 t. dried rosemary
2 T. Dijon mustard
2 t. salt
1 t. pepper
2 t. garlic powder

6 chicken breasts or 3.5 lbs chicken

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients but chicken in a large mixing bowl and whisk together. Remove ½ c. of the marinade and set aside for basting later. Place chicken in a large Ziplock bag and pour marinade over the top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours and up to 24 hours.

Cook chicken by grilling, baking or pan cooking with a bit of olive oil. If you bring the reserved marinade to a boil and then let simmer until slightly reduced, it makes a great sauce.
