1 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
2 pounds Pecans
(3/4 cup water leaves less sugar coating on the pecans)

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve Sugar in water in heavy pan over medium heat.
Add pecans and continue cooking on the medium heat. Cook until
pecans are coated - no syrup left in Pan. Stirring continuously.
Spread on a cookie sheet with sides and sprinkle with salt.
Bake 350 oven approximately 15 minutes stirring several times to keep from
sticking. Then enjoy.
