Ingredients: #2: 2 cans pineapple chunks, drained 2 cans mandarin orange segments,drained 2 small jars maraschino cherries, drained 1 can coconut flakes 1/2 bag mini-marshmallows 4 oz. sour cream 16 oz. cool whip
#3: 1, 20-oz. can pineapple tidbits, drained 1, 16-oz. can peach slices, drained 1, 11-oz. can mandarin orange sections, drained 3 medium bananas, sliced 2 medium apples, cored and chopped 1, 3 3/4 to 3 5/8-oz. package instant vanilla pudding mix 1 1/2 cups milk 1/3 cup (3-oz.) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed 3/4 cup sour cream
#4: 2 cans pineapple chunks unsweetened, drained (save juice) 2 cans mandarin orange sections, drained (throw away juice) 2 cups green or purple seedless grapes 1/2 cup reserved pineapple juice 1/3 cup lemon juice 1/2 cup sugar 1 egg, beaten 6 bananas, sliced whipped cream

Directions:#2: Combine sour cream with cool whip. Fold in fruit. Cover and chill two hours.
#3: In large bowl, combine fruits; set aside. In small bowl, Combine dry pudding mix,milk, and orange juice concentrate. Beat with rotary blender until blended, one to two minutes. Beat in sour cream. Fold into fruit mixture. Cover and chill.
#4: Put all fruit into bowl. Mix all juices, sugar, and egg in saucepan. Mix and boil until slightly thickened, then cool. Mix sauce into fruit. Slice bananas and add just prior to serving. Fold in whipped cream (optional). |
