1 cup lukewarm water (110º-115º)
2 tsp. sugar
2 pkg. rapid rise yeast (4 ½ tsp)
3 cups water
1 ½ cups sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. Baking Powder
2 tsp. salt
1 cup Salad oil
4 cups all purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix above ingredients with mixer. Add enough flour for soft dough. Let rise for 2 hours. Knead down, let rise another 2 hours and shape into buns.

Bake at 375º for about 12 minutes

Use butter while shaping into buns

Total amount of flour is about one Tupperware mixing bowl or one cup less than 5 pounds

To get a softer bun allow the buns to rise slowly
