Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb. Ground Beef (I use 90-95% lean)
1 Small Onion Diced
1 Can Rotel with Chili's
1 48 oz. V-8 Juice
2 Cans Chili Hot Beans
1 Can Kidney Beans
1 Can White Chili Beans
2 Heaping Tbsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Black Pepper
½ tsp. Onion Powder
½ tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Chili Powder

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef and onion until completely cooked. Drain on paper towels soaking up any excess oil. In a large stock pot or pan add all ingredients. Stir and bring to a full boil. Reduce heat to med/high and cook for about 1 hour. (Placing a long wooden spoon across top of pan will prevent soup from boiling over.) Stir frequently to prevent sticking. Reduce heat to med/low and continue cooking for several hours, stirring frequently. If soup thickens too much add water and continue cooking until ready to serve. I usually cook mine for about 4 hours. This will make a thick, delicious chili!
