6 to 8 slices bacon, cut fine
1/3 c. sugar
1 heaping T. flour
1 egg
4 T. vinegar
1/2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the bacon. Then mix together the sugar, flour and egg. Add the vinegar and water. Pour into the pan with the bacon and cook until thickened, stirring constantly. If too thick, add a bit more water. Add salt and pepper, to taste. Cool slightly and then pour over greens. Toss salad.
