3 pound medium shrimp (40 to 50 per pound)
1/4 pound butter
2 pounds mild Hillshire sausage (cut into small pieces)
5 ears of corn (cut in half)
2 pounds medium red potatoes (diced in large pieces)
1 large onion (diced in large pieces)
(optional) 6 blue crabs, cleaned and broken in half
4 tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning or 1 bag Crab Boil
4 teaspoons salt
6-8 quart pot (or larger)
1 large spoon with holes

Directions:
Directions:
Fill pot half full of water. Add butter, salt, Crab Boil (or Old Bay) pieces of sausage and onion. Bring to a boil. Add corn, potatoes, and (optional) crabs, stir and bring to a boil for 4 minutes. Add shrimp and stir for 4 to 6 minutes, or until shrimp start floating to the top of the water. Turn stove off and let ingredients set for 4 minutes. Place ingredients in a large bowl and serve with hot butter dip or seafood sauce.
