4-Ounces broad noodles 1 Cups sour cream 1 Cups cottage cheese 1 Egg,light beaten 1 Small onion,chopped fine 1/8 teaspoons garlic powder(optional) 1 teaspoons worcestershire sauce 1/2 teaspoons salt 1/4 teaspoons pepper Extra sour cream(optional) Chopped chives(optional) Grated parmesan cheeses(optional)

Directions:
Cook noodles as directed on package,until barely tender.Drain and rinse.Combine sour cream,cottage cheese,egg,onion,seasonings,and noodles.Turn into a buttered 11/2-quart baking dish.(BUTTERED ring mold may be used.)Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.Bake at 325*F.for about 1 hour.Serve with additional sour cream,chives,or grated parmesan.IF baked in a mold,ring may be les of choice, turned onto platter and filled with colorful buttered vegetables of choice.
