For 1 lb. pasta
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp salt
2 c. tightly packed fresh basil leaves
2 T pine nuts
½ c. olive oil
Blend in food processor

½ c. + 2 T parmesan
2 T butter (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook lb of pasta. I recommend DeCecco Fettucine
Add the blended pesto into the hot drained pasta and fold in the
parmesan and optional butter.
