1 c. chopped fresh parsley
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 cloves garlic
1 Tbsp. dried basil
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. canola oil
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/8 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine first 3 ingredients, reserving 2/3 c. parsley mixture.
Combine remaining parsley mixture, garlic, basil and lemon juice in a blender and process until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides of blender. Turn blender on high; gradually add oil in a slow steady stream.
Process until well blended.
Arrange chicken breasts in an ungreased 11x7x1 1/2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with salt.
Pour mixture from blender over chicken; sprinkle with reserved 2/3 c. parsley mixture.
Bake for 30 minutes or until done.
