1 lb. Chicken Breast, diced
1 pkg. Taco Seasoning
1 can Black Beans
1 ½ C Corn
¼ C Pepper Stir-Fry Veggies (Onions green & red peppers) or make your own
¼ C Water
¼ C Cheddar Cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a 10 inch skillet with cooking spray. Add chicken, cook over med-high heat for 2 mins., stir occasionally.
Add rest of ingredients except cheese. Cook over med-high heat for 10 mins. Stir frequently until sauce slightly thickens & the chicken is no longer pink. Put in serving bowl & top with cheese.
