Coating For Chops: Flour, Salt, Pepper, Cumin, Seasoned Salt , Lemon Pepper & a little Cayenne
Mix all together


VEGGIES: Green & Red Pepper & Onions ( amount as desired)


GRAVY: Flour, 1-2 C Chicken Broth

Directions:
Directions:
Coat chops in seasoned flour mixture. In a skillet with cooking oil coating bottom, add 2 T butter. Fry chops on med-high heat until brown, turn & brown other side. Cook only a few at a time.

In skillet cook peppers & onions in a small amount of butter until tender. Set aside.

In skillet where chops were cooked, drain off some of the oil if too much, add flour & brown (about 3-4 T.) Add 1-2 C chicken broth to make a medium thick gravy. Cook until thickened then add small amount of milk or heavy cream, mainly to give it a creamy color. Add veggies. Mix well


Serve the chops with the gravy & veggies on the side.
