4 whole eggs
½ cup sugar
1½ cups cooked rice
4 cups whole milk
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Set oven to 400º

Slightly beat the 4 egg and then beat in the sugar.
Stir in the cooked rice, the milk, salt and vanilla.

Bake in a casserole dish set in a pan of water. Stir every 15 minutes in the oven for an hour.
Test with a table knife until it comes out clean.

Serve with a raspberry jam on top.
