3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
hard boiled eggs, sliced

Mix first 3 ingredients 2 or 3 hours ahead. Pour over lettuce and eggs when ready to serve.
The amount of eggs depend on how much lettuce. Goes well with iceberg lettuce.
