1¼ cups flour
¾ cups sugar
½ cup (1 stick) butter, soften
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 large egg
8 ounces white chocolate, Swiss confectionery bar or white baking bar, chopped
1 jar (7 ounces) macadamia nuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º
Beat first 7 ingredients at medium speed until blended.
With spoon stir in white chocolate and nuts.
Drop by rounded teaspoon 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly brown.
Cool on wire rack. Store in tightly covered container.
