2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp[. nutmeg
2 tsp. vanilla
½ tsp. salt
2 eggs
½ cup Wesson Oil

1 cup chopped nuts
4 cups sliced apples

Mix all ingredients together then add nuts and apples and mix by hand.

Bake at 350º for 45 minutes in 13x9 pan.

3 T. butter
2 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Frost cooled cake and spread grated nut on top as desired.
