1 box fat-free Angel Food Cake mix
1 20 oz. crushed pineapple
1 box fat-free vanilla pudding
1 cup diet 7 up or Sprite
1 8 oz. tub Cool Whip
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix and pineapple together.

Spray 9x13 cake pan with Pam.

Bake 20 minutes on until top is firm.
