3 Egg Whites
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until foamy
Add cream of tartar and beat to soft peaks
Add sugar and beat until firm peaks
Mix in banilla
Drop spoonfuls on parchment paper and bake at 200 degrees .
Turn after 30 minutes. Cook 40 minutes more until hardened.
