1 cup rolled oats - uncooked
1 cup flour
1 cup packed brown sugar
¼ cup chopped nuts
1 stick oleo - ½ cup
3 cups rhubarb - chopped into pieces
½ cup granulated sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 T. water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oats, flour, brown sugar, then add nuts.

Cut in oleo until crumbly.

Place half of this mixture in greased 8x8 pan, cover with rhubarb mixed remaining ingredients.

Top with other half of oat mixture.


Bake at 350º for 45-60 minutes.

Serve warm with ice cream.
