1 lb ground beef
1 med onion
1 tsp ea. paprika, parsley, oregano, garlic powder, salt
1/2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp tomato paste
1-1/2 C almond milk
1-1/2 C beef broth
2-1/3 C pasta
1-2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Fry beef and onion. Add spices. Stir in liquid and pasta and bring to a gentle boil. Cover and turn heat down to low. Cook 10-15 minutes until noodles are tender and moisture is absorbed. Remove from heat, vent lid, let rest 5 minutes. Stir in Worcestershire and serve. Top with your favourite cheese or cheese substitute.

This is an Evenson family favourite and my go to for a quick and easy meal. I also cut up either spinach or zucchini and throw it in to add some green. This is a dairy free recipe but you could easily use regular milk as opposed to almond milk.
