2 lb. lean ground beef
2 T. dry Ranch dressing mix
salt and pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Place ground beef in a large bowl. Sprinkle dressing mix, salt and pepper over meat, then mix thoroughly. Form into 8 patties and place on a plate with waxed paper between layers. Freeze for 30 minutes before grilling on a hot grill, approximately 5-7 minutes per side.
Serve on buns with all your favorite toppings.
