2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup orange juice
2 Tbsp butter
1 egg, well beaten
1 1/2 cup cranberries, chopped (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cups nuts (walnuts or pecans)

Preheat oven to 350º.

Prepare 9x5-inch loaf pan: lightly grease with PAM.

In large mixing bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Stir in orange juice, butter and egg; mix until well blended. Stir in cranberries and nuts.

Pour into prepared pan.

Bake for 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted into loaf comes out clean. Remove from oven and cool on cooling rack for 15 minutes; remove from pan and cool completely.
