I lb elbows

1 lb american cheese

2 cups milk

3 tbsp flour

3 tbsp butter

Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Cook elbows using package directions then pour back in pan

Melt butter in sauce pan, add flour and stir for a minute

Add milk bring to boil, stirring

Add american cheese and stir until melted

Pour into elbows mix well, season
