Bottom Layer:
2 c flour
1/2 c powdered sugar
1/2 c melted butter


Top Layer:
2 c sugar
4 T flour
1 T baking powder
4 eggs, beaten
6 T lemon juice
macadamia nuts, chopped, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Bottom: mix all together well and press flat into a 9x13 pan and bake at 350º for 20 minutes.

Top: mix sugar, flour, baking powder until well combined. Add eggs and mix well. Add lemon juice and mix well. Pour over crust and bake 25 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar.

Quick alternate: use Krusteze lemon bar mix and add chopped macadamia nuts to top layer.
