3 eggs, lightly beaten
2 C. flour
4 C. Chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Add about 1/2 cup flour at a time to the eggs until mixed. It needs to be stiff. Use wax paper and flour and lightly roll out noodles, then roll up jelly roll style. Rolled dough should be cut into strips. Unroll the strips and dry overnight. Bring chicken broth to a boil in a pot, add noodles. Cook covered and slow 30 to 45 minutes and then uncovered 10 to 15 minutes. Add salt to taste as you cook them.
