3-4 lb Pork Roast or Pork Shoulder
Black Pepper & Salt to taste
¾ C Apple Cider Vinegar
1-1½ C Barbeque Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Trim pork of excess fat. Lightly salt & pepper. Place in slow-cooker. Pour vinegar over pork & turn making sure it is coated well.
Cook on Low 10-12 hours.
Remove roast & discard liquid. Shred pork & return to slow cooker. Add barbeque sauce & stir to mix.
Should be enough sauce to make meat moist but not runny.
Serve alone or on buns.
