DRESSING:
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup salad oil
1/2 tsp salt
Dash pepper
2 Tbsp sugar
Dash tobacco
Pinch parsley

SALAD:
Three salad greens, torn – Bibb, leaf and romaine lettuce
1 tin mandarin oranges, drained

TOPPINGS:
1/4 cup slivered almonds
4 tsp sugar
Mushrooms (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Blend dressing ingredients and chill for minimum of 1 hour.

Candy the almonds: Cook the almonds and sugar over low heat until sugar melted onto almonds, stir occasionally.

Shake together greens, mandarin oranges and dressing.

Serve on individual plates, topping with candied almonds and mushrooms, if desired.
