1 lb lump crab meat
1 egg
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp dry mustard
2 Tbsp mayonnaise (we have started using nonfat Greek yogurt instead)
1 tsp mustard
1 Tbsp melted butter
1 tsp parsley flakes
1/4 cup plain bread crumbs
1 tsp seafood seasoning


Directions:

Preheat oven to 375º.

Combine all ingredients except crab meat and mix well. Fold in crab meat.

Shape into cakes (~1/2 cup if making dinner size; ~1/8 cup if making appetizer size).

Bake for 12-15 minutes.

Broil for the last 2-3 minutes to get a crispy outside finish.
