2 cups butter
8 Tbsp powdered sugar
2 tsp vanilla
4 cups flour
2 walnuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

In a medium bowl, cream butter; add sugar and continue to beat until light. Add vanilla to combine.

Add flour and mix well. Fold in chopped walnuts.

Shape dough into balls, about 1-inch in diameter and/or roll into small logs (about 2-inches long) and shape logs into crescents.

Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet for 15 to 18 minutes, until lightly browned.

Place on cooling rack.

While still warm, roll in confectioners sugar to coat. Complete cooling and place in airtight container until ready to serve.
