Ingredients: 1 pound of Ground Beef 1 can of tomato sauce 1 can of stewed or diced tomatoes 2 cans of Light Kidney Beans 1/2 an onion - peeled and chopped 1 Bell pepper - peeled and chopped 1 small can of green chile peppers 1/2 can of Fiesta Corn 2 cloves of Minced Garlic 2 cups of water 1 package of chili powder Salt and pepper to tast

Directions:Lightly brown the ground beef in a large sauce pan. Add in seasonings and stir into the meat. Peel and chop the vegetables. Add chopped vegetables to sweat into the meat. Add Tomato sauce and stewed/diced tomatoes. Add beans. Add Corn. Add Green Chile peppers. Add 2 cups of water. Add salt and pepper to taste. Place stove on low and let simmer for 20 minutes or until vegetables are soft.
