Ingredients:  
1 batch homemade chili ( I like Wick Fowler)
1 large Onion, chopped
Longhorn Cheese, grated
Corn Tortillas
Oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Make batch of chili according to directions.

Fry tortillas in hot oil a few seconds to soften. Place 1T each of cheese, onion & chili in tortilla.
roll up & place in baking dish. Cover with chili & top with cheese.
Bake at 425º until hot & cheese is melted.

This came from a lady in our church in Ft Worth, TX in 1966.
We served public lunches every Tuesday at the church. This was one of the all time favorites.
