3 lbs. extra lean Stew Meat (about 1 inch squares)
2 t. Beef Bouillo
1 Green Bell Pepper, chopped
1 Onion, chopped
2 small cans chopped Green Chiles
1 Jalepeno, chopped if desired

1 can Rotel
1 t Liquid Bouquet
Directions:
Directions:
Put first6 ingredients in pressure cooker. Cover with water.
Pressure for 20 minutes.

Mix ½ C water with 4T Corstarch. Add to beef for thickness.

Serve with warm tortillas.
