Marinating sauce for shish kebobs:
1 clove Garlic, sliced
1 C Cooking Oil
½ C Vinegar
2 t. Worcestershire Sauce
2 t Dry Mustard
1 t Salt
dash of Cayenne
Few drops Tabasco


MEAT: Chicken Pork & Beef cut into small cubes

VEGETABLES: Onions, Mushrooms & Bell Peppers

FRUIT: Pineapple Chunks

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all marinating ingredients & pour over cut-up meat & vegetables I a large shallow dish. Marinate for at least 4 hours turning & mixing a few times. Arrange meat , vegetables & fruit on large
skewers. Brush with marinade & broil or cook on a grill until meat is tender. Turn & brush with marinade several times.
